Once again, the Old Gaol Fiasco rears it’s ugly head!
Cranbourne Homes have submitted a modification of a planning Obligation to VoWHDC.
Modification of obligation dated 30 June 2015 to modify Clause 4 relating to application ref. P08/V1237/FUL The Developer seeks to agree with the Council, in principle, a revised payment schedule of instalments for the outstanding sum.
We would suggest that if you do not agree to Cranbourne House deferring on their already reduced payments for the Old Gaol, that you lodge an appeal immediately.
